My buddy was having a problem with his razor binos, and decided to send them back to get worked on. He was alittle worried about how long it would take to get fixed. A few days later after shipping them off he was notified that they had been fixed and he would be getting them back monday. Thats pretty good service in my eyes it was only one week and he will have them back. I have waited up to six months to get back my lieca binos.

I broke the focus wheel off of my 80mm Nomad spotter and sent it in for repair. With in a week it was back to me. Only problem was Fed-Ex treated the package poorly and my scope was broke in half when I opened the box. This time I made a phone call and talked to the customer service manager and he said they did not have any more of the 80mm Nomads because they discontinued that model. He upgraded me to the Skyline ED at very little extra cost. The whole thing took less than two weeks to happen.
I also needed a new set of objective lens covers for my Razor bino's and had a new set at my door step in three days.

I accidentaly dropped by binos and threw out the cummination and broke the focus. I sent them back to Vortex and within a week and a half I had them back in perfect condition. There were no questions asked about how they were broke. Vortex is very good to work with.
I dropped my vortex nomad scope and broke the mounting ring. I sent it to vortex and within two weeks they got them back to me nice and pretty. Vortex gained me as a customer for life. their product is sweet and their warranty is unmatched by anyone else!
