How many of you use a fixed power eyepiece in your spotter. I have heard that they are alot clearer and could believe that to be true but are they a pain to find your target. someone help me out before i spend the money and have my wife ticked for nothing....

I had a 20 wide and a 32 wide for my old televid 77. I loved both lenses. I recommend a wide lens if you plan on doing a lot of scanning with your spotter, they are incredible. I just got a new Swaro HD with the 25-50 wide zoom lens...Im really liking it.

Reggie thank you. I would like to ask what percentage of time do you use fixed vs. variable?

I use a variable about 95% of the time but on my desert sheep hunt last year is all i pretty much used was my wide. Just depends on what you are doing I guess.
