Way to go Ridge. That will make for some good eating. If you need any help with that, let me know. :) He's got some tall handlebars on his head. That's a hell of a lot of work to do that by yourself. Impressive!!

Jeff, I'll be honest with you I've never tried the gutless method but it sure looks pretty slick. Gonna have to try it sometime.
