I dont want to start a war with this just wondering what's going on. I got the text message that is going around with a picture of a big buck and a story talking about how Garth Carters son shot it out from under another person. And that there trying to get the story out because of a wrong doing I guess. Does anyone know anymore about this?
This is the rumored text. This buck was killed by jason carter. With huntin fool mag. Pulled a doyle moss on the actual hunter who found him and tried to kick him off the mountain. The actual hunter had a 25 yard shot when jason took the shot from a about 50 yards further behind him. This is what outfitters in utah are going to create. These 2 hunters were actually cousins. They dont want this pic out so they can put it im their mag. Please send it to every hunter in your phone book Thus is the text from the screwed hunter, Mitch Carter. He explains what happened.
This is Jason Carter's 249 inch buck. I am the cousin involved. We are great friends and this is the saddest case of people tearing down a great hunter! Jason did nothing wrong or unethical. He hunted hard and took a world class animal. There was no "overshooting," or any other problems. Please forward this to everyone you know, this is the true story and the one that should be heard. Not 100 percent sure how the first text got sent out but i was hunting the deer with mitch and his brother daniel. the huntin fool crew did't do anything the text said. me and daniel were walking in for the evening hunt and spotted the deer on the way in so we started stalking it. we got 150 yards out and noticed the deer looked sick. daniel spotted jason in the trees to the left of the deer so we slowed up and watched on as jason put his second arrow through the deer. it was the most depressing thing i have ever witnessed in my life as a had spend countless hours trying to keep track of this deer since the middle of june.
